Where Do Viruses Come From

Health, Health Guide, Physiology Topics, Where Do Viruses Come From

Viruses outbreaks have devastated human populations through history. Viruses have probably been around since the first cells arose, or perhaps even before them. There is disagreement about the origin of the viruses among scientists. As well as there are many theories about the origin of viruses. One of the theories hypothesis for the origin of viruses states that some viruses may have evolved from pieces of DNA or RNA that “escaped” from the genome of cells. The escaped DNA could have come from plasmids (pieces of naked DNA that can move between cells) or from transposons (molecules of DNA that replicate and move around the cellular genomes to different positions). Called jumping genes by Barbara McClintock in 1950. Another theory is Protobiont Hypothesis: suggests that viruses may have evolved from complex molecules of protein.

Health, Health Guide, Physiology Topics, Where Do Viruses Come From

To understand how to deal with epidemics or pandemic and eradicate them, we need first to understand how they spread. The likelihood of a virus (or any pathogen) spreading within a given population is tied to several biological traits but it also relates to other variables, including social variables such as the behavior of individuals: how they live, how they crowd in cities or hospitals, and how they travel. Furthermore, requires integration of ecological, epidemiological, social, cultural, and engineering components.

Viruses face a world always changing. Viruses need to be in conditions that are suited toward to the biochemical stability of their vision. Viruses need to be in an environment with the right pH, temperature, and moisture content tolerable to the virus. The environment must also be free of irritants that can destroy the virus. For example, UV radiation, alcohol, and reactive oxygen species can all be harmful to a virus.

Viruses cannot replicate outside of the cellular context. They need the cell machinery to make copies of themselves. Viruses can replicate in different tissues and cell types. Viruses are a liquid poison in the blood. During infection, viruses build complex and specialized intracellular structures associated with membranes taken from the reticulum. Inside these vesicles, viral genomes are transcribed, translated into proteins, and replicated. Viruses don’t breathe, eat, produce waste, or otherwise. They only need to enter a specific living cell or inject its DNA into a specific living cell to reproduce itself.

After Coronavirus The Deadly Hantavirus in China

Health, Health Guide, Physiology Topics, After Coronavirus The Deadly Hantavirus in China

Hantavirus, the deadly virus starts to kill people in China. Today Chinese media has reported the death of a person with the deadly Hantavirus. The Chinese newspaper, “Global Times”, stated that a citizen of Yunnan Province was returning to Shandong Province by public bus on Monday. The newspaper added that “after testing, it was found that he was infected with the Hantavirus, and currently 32 other people who were on the same bus are being tested.

This virus is mainly spread among rodents, but its infection can also cause disease in people all over the world. This virus is transmitted through rodent feces, urine, and saliva, and the primary mode of human contact with hantavirus is through inhalation.

Health, Health Guide, Physiology Topics, After Coronavirus The Deadly Hantavirus in China

The Hantaviruses cause “Hanta” syndrome, and hemorrhagic fever with nephrotic syndrome. Early symptoms always include muscle aches, fever, and fatigue. Infected individuals may also experience nausea, chills, dizziness, diarrhea, abdominal pain, and headaches. Four to ten days after these symptoms first appear, the infected individual will find it hard to breathe as their lungs begin to fill with fluid. Furthermore, coughing and shortness of breath are common respiratory symptoms of the later stages of infection.

Influenza, What Causes Flu

Health, Health Guide, Physiology Topics, Influenza, What Causes Flu

Influenza or flu is an infectious disease caused by an influenza virus. Symptoms can be mild to severe depending on the resistance. Flu infected up to 26 million people in the United States in just four months and has killed 25,000 people so far. Despite that, people don’t care and infected individuals face it by consuming soap and analgesics. So far Flu killed more people than coronavirus. Meanwhile, the world is busy with the coronavirus, Flu still kills more people.

The most common symptoms of flu include high fever, runny nose, sore throat, discomfort, pharyngitis, shortness of breath, muscle and joint pain, or myalgia and fatigue, headache, coughing as well as Haemoptysis and feeling tired. In some cases, diarrhea and vomiting can occur in “stomach flu”. These symptoms typically begin two days after exposure to the virus and last more than one week.

Some of the complications of influenza may include viral pneumonia, secondary bacterial pneumonia, brain cell loss, sinus infections, and worsening of previous health problems such as asthma or heart failure.

Hygiene, foreigners, health status, the air or crowds or coughs, and sneezes are a potential cause of flu. In addition, there are relatively strong links between resistance “immunity” or “health” and coughs and sneezes. To strengthen your immunity, our recommendation is to keep your body hydrated and loaded with Zinc and vitamin D3 to avoid flu. Check our flu map to see the common causes of flu.

What is a heart attack?

Hear attacks is a circulation problem, often start slowly, with mild pain or discomfort and seldom with a sudden and intense attack. If you are lucky and you survived the first time, then there is a big risk that you will have it again unless you fix the health issue.

What causes a heart attack?

The muscles in the body need oxygen consistently. The heart is also made of muscles and needs oxygen and energy to survive. especially when the glucose or pyruvate level is low. A heart attack occurs when the blood flow that brings oxygen to the heart muscle is severely reduced or cut off completely. As well as when the heart energy supply becomes reduced. That because the heart cannot sustain its contractile activity with only a low amount of oxidized ketone bodies. That’s why glucose or pyruvate is important to restore normal function. The glucose can come from your diet, or by broken down from liver glycogen, not heart muscle because the heart has no glycogen stores. It has been known that if glucose drops down during an intense workout, the person will fall in a coma. Due to the reduced amount of oxygen and energy. Just know that fatty acids are the primary energy source under normal circumstances. As well as it is preferable that the heart utilizes glucose under intense workout.

Atherosclerosis the slow process and coronary occlusion

The process of atherosclerosis has no symptoms. In most cases, heart attacks become due to the narrowing of the coronary arteries that supply the heart muscle with blood flow. The narrowed arteries occur from a buildup of fat, cholesterol, and other substances that together are called plaque. The problem gets bigger when plaque within a heart artery breaks, a blood clot forms around the plaque. This blood clot can block the blood flow through the artery to the heart muscle. Thus, that causes damage to the heart muscles. Furthermore, if a clot moved in blood circulation and reached the brain. That may block the blood from going to some part of the brain and that will cause brain infarction.

Ischemia or myocardial infarction

Ischemia is the damage or death of part of the heart muscle. Due to a blockage in blood supply to that area. Thus, that will result in the heart muscle to be starved for oxygen and nutrients.

Spasm of the coronary artery

Sometimes a coronary artery temporarily contracts or goes into spasm. When this happens the artery narrows and blood flow to part of the heart muscle decreases or stops. Thus, that can cause a heart attack.

Tearing of the coronary artery wall

Tearing of the coronary artery wall is rare. The tearing causes heart attack by spontaneous coronary artery dissection.

Sudden cardiac death

Sudden cardiac death can occur spontaneously or by a heart attack. Sudden cardiac arrest is an electrical problem. In this case, the heart malfunctions and suddenly stops beating unexpectedly. Cardiac arrest may be reversed if cardiopulmonary resuscitation is performed and a defibrillator is used within minutes to shock the heart and restore a normal heart rhythm.

Heart attack warning signs

  • Chest discomfort. Sometimes heart attacks involve discomfort in the center of the chest, that lasts more than a few minutes or it may go away and then return. It can feel like uncomfortable pressure, squeezing, fullness, or pain.
  • Discomfort in other areas of the upper body. Symptoms can include pain or discomfort in one or both arms, the back, neck, jaw, or stomach.
  • Shortness of breath. This can occur with or without chest discomfort.
  • Other signs. Other possible signs include nausea or lightheadedness.

Is my heart permanently damaged?

The heart muscle that has lost blood supply by a heart attack, begins to suffer injury. The amount of damage to the heart muscle depends on the size of the area supplied by the blocked artery and the time between injury and treatment. In rare cases, damaged heart muscle heals by forming scar tissue. That usually takes several weeks for the heart muscle to heal. You should know that after recovering from a heart attack, the scar tissue will not contract or pump as well as healthy muscle tissue.

Is all chest pain a heart attack?

When your heart muscle doesn’t get enough blood supply and oxygen that it needs. That causes chest pain. This state called Angina. The difference between angina and a heart attack is that angina attacks don’t permanently damage the heart muscle. Sometimes angina can lead to a heart attack. There are different types of angina, including:

  • Stable angina, Stable angina often occurs during exercise or emotional stress when your heart rate and blood pressure increase and your heart muscle needs more oxygen. Learn more about stable angina.
  • Unstable angina sometimes referred to the as acute coronary syndrome. Unstable angina occurs while you may be resting or sleeping, or with little physical exertion. It comes as a surprise. Unstable angina can lead to a heart attack and it should be treated as an emergency. Learn more about unstable angina.

Our recommendation is that you should catch the signs early, Don’t wait to get help if you experience any of these heart attack warning signs.

Bioweapon Corona Virus. Is It Biological war or hygiene Issue

Health, Health Guide, Physiology Topics, Bioweapon Corona Virus. Is It Biological war or hygiene Issue

Coronavirus has the characteristic to be a bioweapon. The tiny virus has destroyed the strongest largest economy in the universe. In less than one month. Corona Virus is one of the most viruses which can reproduce itself quickly and known by deadly properties. Corona can infect the lungs, liver, kidneys, heart, and eyes. Coronavirus is a deadly bioweapon. A biological weapon consists of two elements, the offensive biological warfare agent in the first place, and then second, a vaccine to protect your people.

What is the best environment for viruses?

The best environment is the places where humidity is high and beside the watery places. Viruses have many different strains. Viruses can infect a variety of mammals, birds, and humans. The virus is sensitive to heat. Ultraviolet rays. At 4 °C infectious viruses persist for up to 28 days. Coronaviruses are more inactive at 20°C compared to four degrees. Viruses were also more rapidly inactive at 40 °C than 20°C. Because of this characteristic, winter and early spring are the epidemic seasons of the virus disease. Viruses always try to find the best environment to live in. Viruses can make mutations and regenerate their characteristic in order to adapt to the environment.

Corona is it a mutation or a bioweapon?

Today people talk about theories that are claiming that the disaster which happens in china due to the tiny virus, is made by DNA genetic engineer and synthetic biology. As a part of the economic war with China. China has the second-largest economy in the universe. Also, the most powerful military. Asia as a whole will account for 63% of all global GDP growth (PPP). Furthermore, only China comes first by sharing 33% of Global GDP Growth (PPP) in 2019. China comes first, then Japan and after that USA with 11%. The small tiny virus destroyed the economy not only inside China but also in the Chinese small businesses outside of China. Today, nobody eats in Chinese restaurants in Europe. For instance, restaurants in Sweden that belong to Chinese and Thailand have reduced the meal price but nevertheless, nobody enters to eat. The small tiny virus was also responsible for five million people to migrate outside the region.

The Arab world has been destroyed by playing on two tools which are Sectarianism and social media. China doesn’t allow someone to use social media inside the country. China has no place for Sectarianism inside the country. That’s why destroying such a country needs a different tool. The question is what can destroy such a huge country, which presenting always it’s military power. Developing such a virus in the laboratory is possible and not hard for biologists. Some experts say that the Coronavirus contains “HIV insertions”, stoking fears over artificially created bioweapon. They suggest that it might have been genetically engineered for the purposes of a weapon. Thailand found good results after using a mix of two antiviral drugs which usually used for HIV and flu treatment on a Chinese patient who was in a serious condition with the novel coronavirus, according to a health ministry briefing Bloomberg. But the question is who is behind it and why in this time, especially after the finishing of the Syrian war? Who will get the benefit of the outcome?

The second theory is the Bats. Bat is a bird that is likely to be the possible source of the outbreak of the zoonotic Coronavirus, that appeared in China. As it has been found that these organisms have an immune system that allows them to coexist with many pathogenic viruses. People in Asia especially in china eat Bats as we show in the video below. Bats are eaten only by Chinese and Japanese and some other Asian countries. Some experts said that this virus moved from animals to humans and moved the first time in a fish shop in Wuhan and Hubei. It may be moved by lack of personal hygiene or some other ways, nobody knows. What we know right now that the true number of infected people by Coronavirus is still unknown. The question is. Is it a real war or Spontaneous Virus Mutation.

WHO, finally announced on Thursday, January 2020. That the emerging Coronavirus. Which has appeared in China and spreads outside is a “health emergency with an international dimension”.

The decision came after the increased number of the spread of the virus in about 18 countries. World health organization told. That the declaration of a global emergency leads to recommendations to all countries all over the world. Aimed at preventing or limiting the spread of disease across borders while avoiding unnecessary interference in trade and travel.

The declaration includes interim recommendations for national health authorities worldwide that include intensified monitoring, preparedness, and containment procedures. Experts are worried about the cases of transmission. From one person to another. Outside China are of particular concern. As they indicate an increased risk of the virus spreading.

The World Health Organization, earlier on 05/02/2020. Mentioned that the new Corona virus, which has spread epidemic in China and appeared in at least 20 other countries. Has no treatment, while China and Thailand claim that have developed a treatment. Moreover, stated that 23,360 confirmed cases of Corona virus have been registered in only China. While China reported first time the new virus to the world health organization late in December.

The most suspicious thing is who is behind it and why the date is now. Especially after the finishing of the Syrian war. Furthermore, the rapidly spreading of Corona virus caused crisis to the world’s second largest economy. While theories claim that Bats are likely to be the possible source of the outbreak of the Corona virus that appeared in China. As it has been found that these organisms have an immune system that allows them to coexist with many pathogenic viruses.

While Beijing, Thursday, announced that the number of coronavirus victims has risen to 169, with more than 1,000 new infections recorded. Dean of Beijing Ditan Hospital: More than 90% of confirmed cases in Beijing are mild. According to the Beijing Railway Administration, at present, at all railway stations in Beijing, passengers must take their body temperature when they leave the station. Only people whose temperature does not exceed 37.3 degrees Celsius can pass. Also, the region of Hube, added that 1,032 other cases of coronavirus were detected. That bringing the number of cases in the region to 4,586.

The best prevention strategy to prevent the infection of the deadly Coronavirus is to stay at home, and don’t travel in buses, airplanes, or trains, and don’t sit in a public area or crawdad room. Wash hands frequently, with alcohol or soap. We also advise that a lack of personal hygiene is a major contributor to infection don’t eat at restaurants, wash your food, and cook it at a high degree. so if infected people were touching it, then the virus maybe die in the high temperature. Don’t touch your eyes or nose before you wash your hands. Don’t be close to others.

Because of this characteristic, winter and early spring are the epidemic seasons of the virus disease

While In a recent WHO analysis of more than 55,000 cases of corona patients in China, found that most common symptoms were identified. Here is the percentage of people who had it:

1- Fever: 88%

2- Dry cough: 68%

3- Fatigue: 38% cough

4- phlegm or thick sputum of the lungs: 33%

5- Shortness of breath: 19%

6- Bone or joint pain: 15%

7- Sore throat: 14%

8- Headache: 14%

The growth of the virus is mostly in epithelial cells. It can also infect the liver, kidneys, heart, and eyes. It can also grow in other cell types (such as macrophages ). Coronaviruses so far, have about 15 different strains. Also, has been shown, that the viruses can infect a variety of mammals, birds, and humans.

Coronavirus infections have been reported in the literature to produce the following clinical symptoms:

  1. Respiratory infections, including severe acute respiratory syndrome (SARS);
  2. Intestinal infections (occasional infants);
  3. Neurological symptoms (rarely).

Corona Virus Symptoms

Symptoms of infection with the virus take between two days to 14 days to appear. The symptoms vary between infected individuals. For instance, the symptoms were identified at the beginning of the outbreak as myalgia or fatigue for 44%, sputum production 28%, headache 8%. Fever 98%, hemoptysis 5%, Runny nose, and cough 76%. Dyspnea 55%. Discomfort, and pharyngitis 38%. The main symptoms are watery stools, Shortness of breath, and vomiting. In severe cases, bloody stools may occur. In rare cases, it also causes nervous system syndrome. Infection with the virus can lead to pneumonia, an infection in which the lungs swell and fill with fluid, and if this pneumonia is left without treatment it may be fatal. Images of the lungs in potential cases may be considered sufficient to diagnose the infection, instead of DNA checks.

Health, Health Guide,

Corona Outbreak. The World Health Organization, earlier on 05/02/2020. Mentioned that the new Coronavirus, which has spread epidemic in China and appeared in at least 20 other countries. Has no treatment, while China and Thailand claim that have developed a treatment. Moreover, stated that 23,360 confirmed cases of Coronavirus have been registered in only China.

Corona treatment has been discovered. Doctors in Thailand said they had successfully treated a Coronavirus patient with a combination of antiviral drugs, according to a briefing on 2, February from the Ministry of Health. The doctor explained that he had treated the patient – a 71-year-old elderly woman – with a mixture of drugs used to treat HIV and influenza, and said that she had previously been treated with anti-HIV drugs, and the result was very satisfactory, as her condition improved very quickly within 48 hours.

While Before that Chinese media reported on 26 January, that scientists have discovered a new treatment for the Coronavirus. Furthermore, the vaccine has been successfully tested on 7 people. Chinese Center for Disease Control and Prevention said on Sunday, January that the center has started developing vaccines against the new Coronavirus, which has raised the possibility of spreading great concerns in China and the world.

Later according to Anatolia News Agency. China, announced on Wednesday, that, Russia and China are working together to develop an anti-Corona vaccine. Moreover, Beijing has delivered Russia the genetic code of the virus. “Russian and Chinese experts have begun developing a vaccine,” the Russian consulate said in a statement on its website.

Chinese Minister of the National Health Committee Ma Xiaoyi revealed Sunday, that the new Coronavirus has the ability to transmit among people. Also said, the number of infected people may rise. The authorities’ knowledge of it and the risks of its mutations are unknown to them. While an official of the Chinese Center for Disease Control and Prevention said the center had started developing anti-virus vaccines, which was a crucial step in the development of a vaccine. Xiu Wenbo, said, “the center has been able to isolate the virus and is currently identifying its strain”.

Corona virus arrived in Canada. Canada announced, on Sunday, that the public health authorities in Toronto received notification of the first confirmed case of coronavirus in a resident who recently returned from the Chinese city of Wuhan, according to the Canadian government said in a statement. Even the third injury in France has been reported. Besides, the French Ministry of Health confirmed, on Friday evening, the third injury on its soil. Moreover, doctors tested five patients in Scotland who were suspected of having a coronavirus. Their results have come back negative.

China has witnessed outbreaks of several diseases over the past years. Such as SARS and bird flu. As well as, currently is witnessing the spread of a new type of Coronavirus. Corona has no vaccine. This is confirmed by the Global Alliance for Vaccines and Immunization that developing a vaccine against the new Coronavirus. Furthermore, experts said that developing vaccines for corona may take at least a year.

The number of injuries increased to about 23,360 in China

Scientists predicted that the Coronavirus may kill 65 million people. US health experts have predicted that the Coronavirus will kill tens of millions of people according to a report published in the British Daily Mail. The authorities have closed the city of Wuhan, which is the epicenter of the new coronavirus. While medical authorities around the world are seeking to prevent its spread. The spread of the epidemic virus depends on several factors. Including the severity of the disease, the ease of transmission between people, the population density, the availability of health services, and the nature of the place where the disease spread, and the movement of travelers.

“A global health threat”

There are fears that the infection will accelerate as hundreds of millions of Chinese travel at home and abroad during the Lunar New Year holidays, although many cancel their flights. Airports around the world have strengthened screening for travelers from China, although some health officials and experts question the utility of such checks.

With the development of transportation, there is no place in the world that is longer isolated. The virus may easily move to other places in the world with the movement of travelers and goods.

Corona Virus is spreading like fire

Health, Health Guide, Pysiology topics, corona virus

Corona virus is spreading like fire, not only in china but also in other countries. Corona sparked panic within China and infiltrated outside its borders, accelerated, with other countries around the world. Including Japan and Thailand recording a number of new infections at a time. When many countries were quick to take precautionary measures, through which they hope to ward off the virus from their lands.

The virus, which resembles two deadly viruses, SARS and MERS appeared early this year in Wuhan, Hubei Province. Ministry of Science and Technology of China announced the establishment of a national research team consisting of 14 experts to help prevent and control the spread of the virus, and also closed some tourist sites.

The virus also reached Australia and Nepal, which recorded the first confirmed cases of infection. While France confirmed the registration of three infections are the first cases in the old continent. As the virus infiltrated the United States to show two cases there as well, despite the health procedures followed.

Corona’s prevalence and it’s growing fears are growing globally among people especially in China. The transfer of the virus between countries had an impact both financially and economically. While several countries took precautionary measures to counter the virus.  Russia strengthened examination and quarantine measures. Britain announced that it would start examining people from countries that the majority of cases were registered. Egypt in turn raised the level of health readiness.

The virus transmitted through the respiratory system. Through coughing or sneezing or by touching an infected person. The World Health Organization considered that it is too early to consider the new corona as a public health emergency on an international scale. The evaluation of the organization may change at any time due to the acceleration of a number Cases of infection and the spread of the virus.

The symptoms of infection with the virus take between two days to 14 days to appear. the symptoms are runny nose, cough, pharyngitis and fever. Infection with the virus can lead to pneumonia, an infection in which the lungs swell and fill with fluid, and if this pneumonia is left without treatment it may be fatal.
