Astrakos.com reserves the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled Astrakos.com shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.

These terms and conditions, or any part of them, may be terminated by Alexander Astrakos who is the owner of Astrakos.com without notice at any time, for any reason. 13. Dispute and purchase

Disputes shall first be resolved in agreement after discussion with the Astrakos.com or it’s subdomains’ customer service. If a dispute cannot be resolved in agreement with Astrakos.com or and it’s subdomains’ customer service, you can, as a customer, contact the ARN (General Complaints Board) for more information on www.arn.se. You can also make complaints directly online through the EU Commission’s Dispute Settlement Platform, which can be found through the following link http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. If you face a complaint through this platform, your case will automatically be forwarded to the appropriate nationally responsible dispute resolution org. Then dispute resolution organization contacts us and tries to resolve the dispute without intervening court. Please note that in case of a change, you place a new order or service for the new product or service as a customer. If you purchase a service or product you can’t cancel it afterwards when the payment is made. You can cancel only if the payment not made. You should inform us before 48 hours. Digital downloads, once the download process has started we can’t refund money back. If you pay extra money by mistake a refund will be made to the bank account, you entered when registering your purchase. The refund will be made within 5 business days. You will pay the fees for bank transformation.

The class cancellation policy

 If you purchase a service or product you can’t cancel it afterwards when the payment is made.  If you are unable to attend a reservation you booked, please keep our cancellation policy in mind:

• Late cancellation fee: If you cancel a reservation within 12 hours of the start time you will be charged only a fee with 50 per cent of the total price.
  • Note:  classes need to be cancelled by 5 pm the night before the class to avoid a late cancellation fee. 
• Missed class fee: If you miss a reservation without cancelling, you will be charged a fee with 75 per cent of the total price of the class.

The fee will be taken from the payment which had made when he or she bought the service or product. If the payment is not made then it will appear in your bank statement 7 days after your reservation.

Whether you late cancel or miss a reservation, the reservation will not count as one of your studio visits. fees will be charged and the credits which has been used for the reservation will be returned automatically. If you pay the fee then you can reserve again your class.

Third-Party Links

To provide increased value to our visitors, Astrakos.com and its subdomains may link something and that links may belong to third-party and these sites operated by third parties. However, even if the third party is affiliated with Astrakos.com or it’s subdomains, Astrakos.com and its subdomains have no control over these linked sites, every site has its own terms of use. When you access them then it is your own risk, but always is good to inform Astrakos.com or it’s subdomains if a third party do something illegal.

15. Binding effect

This is a binding agreement.
